Overview

Chelsea Napolitano is a New Jersey-based Strategic Communication and Marketing professional with over ten years of industry experience building and executing strategic internal and external communications programs. She is passionate about using a data-driven and customer-centric approach to deliver impactful messages to the right audience, in the right place, at the right time, and with the right content. She holds a BA in Communication from Rutgers University and an MA in Strategic Communication from Washington State University's Edward R. Murrow College of Communication.

Outside of work, she is also a busy mom of two who enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, writing, dancing, and singing. She is also a dedicated lifetime member of her sorority, Lambda Theta Alpha, Latin Sorority, Incorporated. She continues to work towards their mission to empower and uplift all women, marginalized people, and underserved communities.
